"Buy the ticket, take the ride"
Hunter S. Thompson
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado, I believe therapy is a space where you can be completely honest with yourself. My goal is to create an environment where you can explore, grow, and work toward your life goals, improving overall well-being and life contentment.
We’ll identify unhelpful patterns and explore changes aligned with your values to support emotional and behavioral growth. Life presents many challenges, including grief, work stress, and relationship issues, but the way we approach them can make all the difference.
In our sessions, we’ll look at how your mindset and behavior might be making aspects of your life more difficult than they need to be. We’ll reframe negative self-talk, catastrophic thinking, and work on diffusing those thoughts with proven cognitive strategies. You’ll also gain healthy coping skills to enhance your emotional, physical, social, and spiritual well-being.
My approach is honest, direct, and compassionate, with a sprinkle of dark humor. While I will not sugarcoat my feedback, I will root for you without judgment. Together, we’ll identify and tackle the barriers in your life, empowering you to create a life you truly love.
Whether you’re struggling with life stressors or feeling stuck, I’m here to meet you where you are, offering warmth, understanding, and a little tough love when needed.
